Pilates is a mind and body conditioning exercise programme that targets the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine to improve overall central core stability and posture.  This unique form of exercise focuses on correct movement and the quality not quantity of that movement.

Modified Pilates has been designed exclusively by physiotherapists to help treat a number of conditions including back and neck pain recovery, poor posture, arthritis, sports injuries, neurological conditions and stress related illness.  Pilates is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
